Our History and Development – Pioneering in Australian Packaging Solutions

Zacpac factory Sydney, AustraliaZacpac began in August 1992, with the company located at Caringbah and soon began to outgrow the leased premises.

Ed Zac’s vision was to purchase 10 acres in Ingleburn and this vision became a reality when the factory was commissioned on 4 April 1994 with one flexo folder gluer, one die-cutter and some ancillary machines.

Today the factory is fully computerised and modern. Our machinery includes a corrugator, four flexo folder gluers, one flexo rotary die-cutter, four flatbed die-cutters, two litho presses, two laminators, three gluers and an extensive range of other equipment.
