Zacpac Expands in Queensland

Zacpac, a leading Australian packaging company, is expanding their business to South East Queensland with a new 8,000 sqm manufacturing facility located at Stapylton.

Strategically located half way between Brisbane and Coolangatta, the 8,000 sqm factory will serve as a production, manufacturing and warehousing facility.  Built to have enough room for future expansions the land was purchased during the first week of December 2012.  Zacpac have started the process of pouring footings and foundations for the new facility. They’re aiming to begin moving stock and equipment in December 2013.

Zacpac established a distribution warehouse in 2010 on the Gold Coast that services QLD customers and Zacpac has been in operation since 1992 in NSW, offering sustainable and innovative packaging solutions and partnerships with their clientele built on service, reliability and trust.

In addition to offering superior packaging solutions in NSW and VIC,  Zacpac is expanding their business to reach more places and service the packaging needs of clients from Murwillumbah to the Sunshine Coast in Queensland.

Companies in South East Queensland have only had access to two main suppliers in the area and the Zacpac facility will  provide  more options for their packaging needs. “This will benefit our existing ,.client base in SE QLD by having their products produced on their doorstep,” said one of Zacpac’s representatives.

The new Zacpac facility in Stapylton Qld will also provide employment for the locals. Once the move is complete and operations begin, Zacpac plans to transfer eight of their employees and add 25 more employees for the new facility.

Zacpac is an independent and family-run business and is one of the leading Australian packaging companies offering sustainable and innovative packaging solutions and partnerships to customers.
